Rural Touring Dance Initiative audience development project South-West regional co-ordinator 2022-2026

The RTDI is a partnership funded by Arts Council England, Arts Council Wales and the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation to address the lack of contemporary dance in rural areas.

As regional co-ordination from 2022-2026 I worked with 8 touring schemes and 3 associate venues in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire to develop audiences for dance in small local non-traditional venues including village and school halls, care homes, community centres and outdoor spaces.
